Can I get leads for specific models only? ▼
Yes — when you sign up, you specify which brand and models you want leads for. A Hyundai dealer can choose to receive only Creta and Venue leads, or all Hyundai leads. We match the buyer's preferred model to your specification before routing.
What if a lead has a wrong or fake phone number? ▼
Our system validates all phone numbers — only 10-digit numbers starting with 6-9 are accepted. If a number is completely invalid (switched off, not in service), report it to us within 24 hours and we will replace that lead at no charge.
How does billing work? ▼
Billing is discussed and agreed upon when you sign up — we customise it based on your lead volume, brand and requirements. Typically payment is monthly via UPI or bank transfer. No advance payment required for first-time partners. Contact us to discuss what works best for you.
Can multiple dealerships get the same lead? ▼
No — each lead goes to exactly one dealer. We do not sell the same lead to multiple showrooms. This is a key difference from aggregator platforms. Your leads are exclusive to you for your brand and area.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract? ▼
No long-term contract. Basic and Standard plans have a minimum of 5 to 10 leads per month so the system is worthwhile to set up. Premium leads have no minimum. You can pause or stop any time by informing us 7 days in advance.
